Terms of service
The same things I tell you before charging you, gathered in one place. If anything here contradicts the offer you hired, the offer wins.

The registered address is not published here because it is a private home address. I send it to you in writing before charging you, together with the scope, and it appears on the invoice.
1. What you are hiring
Before you pay you see in writing what the service includes, what it does not, how many revision rounds you get and what the delivery window is. That is the scope, and that is what you are hiring: nothing more, nothing less.
If something outside that scope comes up during the work, I tell you there and then and we quote it separately. I do not add work without telling you, and I do not trim it on my own either.
If the answers to the questions before checkout show that what you need does not fit the offer you picked, I tell you before charging you and we look at which one does.
2. Prices and payment
Landing Express and Professional Site are paid in two parts: 50% to confirm the order and 50% with the work finished and reviewed, before it goes live. The consultancy for a Custom project is a single payment when you book the session.
Prices are published in Argentine pesos. The dollar price is a reference at the day's exchange rate and may vary.
If the second 50% is not paid, the work is not published or handed over. The deposit is not refunded: it covers the work already done.
What you pay for a consultancy is credited against the development budget if you later decide to go ahead with me.
3. Delivery windows
Each offer states its delivery window next to its price. The clock starts when the material is complete: copy, images and whatever credentials are needed. It does not start at payment, because without material there is nothing to build.
After you pay I walk you through gathering that material step by step. It is the part that most often holds a project up.
If 60 days go by from payment without the material being complete, the order lapses and the deposit is not refunded. I email you before that happens. If you want to pick it up later, we can talk: it is not a closed door, it is a limit so open orders do not pile up with no date.
If I am the one running late, I tell you as soon as I know and we agree a new date.
4. Revisions
The number of revision rounds included is stated next to each offer's price. Corrections are grouped into those rounds, so the work moves forward instead of drifting into scattered tweaks.
If the included rounds are not enough, I bring new proposals within the same scope, even if it takes me longer. "I do not like it" and "it does not work" are not the same thing: the first one gets worked on until it does.
Changing the scope is a different matter and is quoted separately.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are hiring as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 10 running days from the moment the contract is closed, with no reason given and at no cost to you. This right cannot be waived: it does not depend on what this page says.
To exercise it you do not need an account or any prior step. You open the withdrawal form, leave your order number, and that is it. Within 24 hours I send you back, through the same channel, an identification code for the request.
The refund is made through the same method you paid with. How long it takes to show up depends on your payment method, not on me.
Withdrawal form6. Cancellations and refunds
Once the 10 days of the right of withdrawal have passed, this is what applies:
- If you cancel before handing over your materials, I refund the full 50%. I had not started, so I keep nothing.
- If you cancel once the work has started, the initial 50% is not refunded, I do not charge you the rest, and I hand over whatever is done at that point.
- If the order lapses after 60 days for lack of materials, the deposit is not refunded.
If I am the one who cannot continue, I refund what you paid for the part not delivered and leave you the work done so far, in a format you can hand to another provider.
7. Warranty
For 30 days after delivery I fix, at no charge, any defect in what I delivered: something that does not work, looks broken, or does not do what the scope said it would.
The warranty does not cover content changes, new features, or problems caused by something you or a third party changed after delivery.
Initial security of what was delivered is part of the base service. Ongoing changes and improvements are a separate add-on.
8. Who owns the work
Once the total is paid, the delivered work is yours. It is not locked into a platform of mine or tied to a licence you have to renew with me.
The domain is registered or kept in your name, with your access, always. Its cost is paid by its holder and is not part of the service.
Hosting stays in your name, with an established provider, and I hand over the credentials and the minimum documentation to run it.
The tools, components and methods I use to build it remain mine and I can reuse them on other projects. What is yours is the result, not my toolbox.
9. Showing the work
Unless you ask me not to, I may show finished work as an example: on this site, in a proposal, or on social media. I never show internal material, your customers' data, or anything you shared with me in confidence.
If you would rather it did not appear, say so and it will not. You do not have to explain why, and it does not change the price.
10. Your data
To hire me I need your name, your email and whatever you write in the form. To do the work I need the material you hand over and, where relevant, the credentials.
I use that data to provide the service and to reply to you. I do not sell it or pass it to anyone for anything else.
It is stored with the third-party services this runs on: the database, email delivery, payment processing and site hosting. Each one sees only what it needs for its part. I never store or see your card details: the payment platform handles that.
You can ask me at any time to tell you what I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to me and I will.
11. If something goes wrong
Write to me first. Most things get sorted by talking, and I usually reply the same working day.
If you are hiring as a consumer in Argentina, you are covered by Consumer Protection Act 24.240 and by the Civil and Commercial Code rules on distance contracts, and you may file a claim with the authority that corresponds to you.
